There are several strategic components in human resources that all companies should plan for, develop, implement, review and revise.  All of these components are connected to each other to assist with attracting, retaining and succeeding all employees within the organization.  These components are:

  • Performance Managing
  • Training & Developing
  • Succession Planning
  • Compensating

In order for us to determine which component requires immediate attention, we will meet with you and conduct an initial consultation.  Following the initial consultation, we will work together to analyse that component in detail.  Upon completion of the detailed analysis, you will receive a full report containing action items and next steps.  It is up to you whether you would like us to complete the development and implementation of the strategy.  Each step is completed as a phase and is billed in the same manner.
