Teresa started her career in human resources 19 years ago with Chevron Canada Resources.
As the leader of the Canadian HR team with R&M Energy Systems Canada and the organization HR leader of Nilex, Inc., Teresa spent the majority of her senior-level career years aligning HR strategies with corporate strategies. She created and revised human resource policies and programs as required and facilitated internal human resource training seminars.
Prior to Teresa’s career change to human resources in 1998, Teresa worked as a Legal Assistant. Her knowledge and understanding of legal terminology and processes has assisted her greatly with her ability to guide employers through the complexities of employment law.
As a graduate of the University of Alberta and the Toronto School of Business, Teresa has been able to apply principles learned to everyday experiences throughout her career. Her academic credentials have assisted her greatly when devising strategies, philosophies and course material.

Accredited as a Professional Recruiter, Nickie brings vast knowledge and experience when guiding clients on how to hire right!
However, recruitment is only one small part of Nickie’s experience in human resources. Nickie has also worked in payroll, employee relations, performance management, local employment legislation, training and development.
During the latter years of her 8 year career in human resources, Nickie grew into a leadership role for the Canadian human resources team and provided HR consulting to non-profit organizations.
Nickie’s quick learning style has contributed to her successes in HR, including her swift move up the corporate ladder.

Shelly has a plethora of experience in new business, business development, outside sales, human resources and safety. She has worked in many industries including oil and gas, transportation, construction, fitness, and manufacturing.
With a Marketing Diploma (Honours) from NAIT, Shelly’s education and her 22 years of experience are the perfect combination for her role as Business Development Representative in a human resources environment.
To keep competitive in her field, Shelly is continually upgrading her knowledge and expertise by building lasting relationships personally and through business.
